You can grab Axl's Soaring Chain Strike (the one that pulls you to him when you block in the air) if he tries to follow it up with his c.S. Some sample mix of universal and character specific answers for Potemkin's Mega Fist in Strive. Tried to vary scenarios such as range of the combo or if thrown out in neutral. As far as universal answers go, Instant Block into grab should work for everyone if he lands too close (as far as I know).
